Spinal cord surgery and galactorrhea: A case report

Abstract

We report the case of a 30-year-old nonpregnant woman with amenorrhea and galactorrhea after spinal cord surgery. Activation of the afferent neuroendocrine pathway is postulated to have occurred at surgery.
