N2 - Comprehensive intracardiac Doppler examination under simultaneous direct ultrasound visualization has not been previously possible. This human feasibility study demonstrates that a new 10Fr, 3.2-mm diameter, 5.5- to 10- MHz frequency agile, phased, vector array, ultrasound-tipped catheter with 4- way tip articulation provides diagnostic, high-quality, intracardiac Doppler signals using pulsed and continuous-wave, color flow, and tissue Doppler.
