Abstract

This chapter provides an overview of the macroscopic and microscopic features of commonly encountered cystic neoplasms of the pancreas: serous cystic neoplasm, intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm, mucinous cystic neoplasm, and solid pseudopapillary neoplasm. Gross and histologic features are described and illustrated. The differential diagnosis is discussed.
