Abstract

In rats with experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis, light and electron microscopic evaluation of proximal and distal radial and distal phrenic nerve trunks was done to see whether a morphologic abnormality was present in alpha motor axons. No significant difference was found in density of myelinated fibers between nerves of experimental and control animals.
