Abstract
Gonadoblastoma describes a unique gonadal tumor composed of germ cells and sex cord-derivatives resembling immature granulosa and Sertoli cells. These tumors are rare, however, have significant malignant potential and therefore identification of patients at risk is critical. We describe the treatment, behavior, and prognosis of patients at risk for these unusual tumors.
