Abstract

Direct evidence is presented that the murine aplastic carcinoma, preconditioned in diabetic CBA mice, secreted immunoreactive insulin (IRI) in vitro for at least 25 days. The intensity of in vitro IRI secretion depended on the length of the in vivo preconditioning.
