Abstract

Conduction disorders occurring in the course of anterior myocardial infarction are usually due to lesion of the branches of the bundle of His; the authors describe an unusual case with progressive lengthening of the PR interval and Luciani Wenckebach periods in the acute stage of anterior necrosis. Endocavitary investigation confirmed the supra Hisian location of the conduction disorder and the first degree atrio ventricular block was only partially regressive.
