N2 - We report the successful use of anti-CD20 therapy in a child with refractory myasthenia gravis (MG), an antibody-mediated autoimmune disease, who did not respond to conventional therapy. After initiation of anti-CD20 therapy, clinical improvement (muscular strength, pulmonary function) was observed.
