Abstract

Primary mesenteric liposarcoma is an exceedingly rare clinical entity and still rarer is its extension into the scrotal sac. This neoplasm differs significantly from the more common retroperitoneal liposarcomas in many aspects although paucity of literature has precluded definite characterization of its clinical behavior, imaging features and prognosis. We herein report an unusual case of recurrent mesenteric liposarcoma with scrotal extension.
