Abstract

Castleman’s disease is a rare lymphoproliferative disorder. Multiple variants of the disease exist, with differentiation based on tissue pathology and number of masses within the body. We present the medical diagnostic and surgical treatment pathway of a retroperitoneal unicentric hyaline vascular variant complicated by close proximity to major vascular structures.
