Abstract
This case report and discussion outlines the difficulty in diagnosis and treatments in patients with transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) of the prostate. Prostatic TCC may exist with or without concurrent findings of bladder carcinoma. The impact of histologic changes including prostatic ducts/acini involvement and prostatic stromal invasion will be discussed.
