Abstract

Primary Care Practice Portal (PPP) provides a quick access to mountains of data presented as summarized information to the administrators, physicians and care teams assisting them in managing primary care panel population, practice and strategic decision making processes. Data extracted from various sources in the enterprise are brought to a data mart. Large volumes of data are transformed into meaningful information. Using an intuitive J2EE™ web application, users are able to gain access to this information at their finger tips resulting in a better understanding of their practices.
