Abstract

Physical activity considerations for patients after spontaneous coronary artery dissection or with fibromuscular dysplasia. Physical activities and exercises that are recommended, should be performed with caution, and should be avoided among patients with a diagnosis of spontaneous coronary artery dissection or fibromuscular dysplasia. Goal for duration of aerobic training is at least 30-40 min of moderate intensity physical activity 5-7 days/week (150 min/week).
