Abstract

The evaluation of cyclophosphamide, Adriamycin, and cis-platinum given by 6-hour infusion with mannitol (CAP-II) is the subject of this report. Forty-two patients, 22 with adenocarcinoma (ACA) and 20 with large cell carcinoma (LCC) of the lung, were entered in the study.
