Abstract

Tu et al. demonstrated that intracellular PD-L1 regulates the DNA damage response by binding and stabilizing the mRNAs of DNA damage genes. Furthermore, a novel PD-L1 antibody, H1A, can sensitize cancer to DNA-damaging therapy by promoting PD-L1 degradation.
