N2 - Flibanserin is a new FDA approved treatment for low sexual desire in premenopausal women. DHEA, lidocaine, and lasers are experimental and potentially promising treatments that are available for management of vaginal dryness and dyspareunia in women. Additional long-term, randomized controlled trial data regarding long-term safety and efficacy will be welcomed for these experimental therapies.
