Abstract
This article discusses several rare forms of interstitial lung diseases including amyloidosis, light chain deposition disease, immunoglobulin G4-related disease, granulomatous-lymphocytic interstitial lung disease, exogenous lipoid pneumonia, and dendriform pulmonary ossification. These disorders can present with bilateral parenchymal infiltrates on chest imaging and be confused with more common forms of interstitial lung disease such as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and sarcoidosis.
