Abstract

We report here on nine patients with preexisting renal failure who underwent orthotopic liver transplantation. Six of these had ARF, five from HRS and one from ATN. Three had CRF, one had chronic glomerulonephritis (GN), one had chronic GN and chronic interstitial nephritis, and the third had chronic GN and chronic cyclosporine (CsA) toxicity (previous liver transplant).
