Laparoscopy in endometrial cancer

Abstract

The combination of laparoscopic lymphadenectomy and vaginal hysterectomy is associated with a shorter hospitalization and earlier recovery when compared to a laparotomy approach. The survival rate is similar as with the standard abdominal technique.
