Abstract
A brief guide to the technique of left ventricular lead implantation has been described. Common causes of difficulty and suggested methods to overcome these difficulties have been presented. The emphasis in training new implanters should be in using standard fluoroscopic views and having a thorough understanding of the regional anatomy of the coronary sinus and its venous branches.
