Abstract

Presented in the study is a design to detect the cardiac C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) localization in normal human atrial tissue by immunoelectron microscopy. Observed in the normal human atrial is modest but positive labeling of CNP. Gold particles were found within and an the periphery of the atrial granule.
