Abstract

Article abstract-We report a kindred with autosomal dominantly inherited sensory neuropathy associated with sensorineural hearing loss and early-onset dementia. This kindred provides further evidence of the clinical variability among kindreds with hereditary sensory neuropathy, suggesting genetic heterogeneity.
