Abstract

A sibship is reported in which two males have spastic paraparesis and Kallmann's syndrome (hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism and anosmia). One of the brothers also is colourblind. The association of familial spastic paraplegia and Kallmann's syndrome has not been described previously.
