Abstract

Ly1+2+ cells are required for proliferation stimulated by H-2K(ba) cells in MLR. This is in contrast to the Ly1+2- phenotype of the cells responding to I region differences. Further the cytotoxic effectors themselves are also Ly1+2+ in contrast to the Ly1-+ effectors produced by whole haplotype stimulation.
