Mouse peritoneal neutrophils were studied for expression of H-2-associated antigens by using direct cytotoxic tests, absorption techniques, and immunochemical analysis. Neutrophils showed detectable levels of Ia antigens, as well as strong H-2 and Tla antigens on their cell surface. The cells reacted strongly with antisera directed against I-A and I-E subregion antigens. No detectable reactivity was seen with anti-I-J and anti-I-C.
