Abstract

Endobronchial neurofibroma is an extremely rare tumor with <30 cases reported. Diagnostic confirmation by bronchoscopic biopsy can be challenging due to the characteristically vascular nature of the tumor. With high risk of bleeding, physician should be aware and consult thoracic surgery before pursue biopsy.
