N2 - Primary central nervous system lymphoma, natural killer T-cell lymphoma nasal type, and post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder are uncommon and complex lymphoproliferative disorders. These disorders present with different risk factors, have complex tumor characteristics, and require unique therapeutic interventions. These diseases require a multidisciplinary complex team approach. This article will update current management approaches and concepts.
