Abstract

The authors regret an error in the Results section on page 66 of the published manuscript, where it was stated that “The overall survival at 5 years was 10% in the AF group compared to 35% in the SR group (p<0.0001), as seen in Figure 2”. The error was in reporting the estimates of 5-year survival instead of estimates through 4 years since at 5 years the AF group was small and the estimates were unstable. The yearly estimates corresponding to Figure 2 are shown in this table: [Table presented] The Results should be corrected as follows: The overall survival at 4 years was 37% in the AF group compared to 71% in the SR group (p<0.001). The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. DOI of original article: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.amjcard.2022.11.031
