Abstract

The original version of this article unfortunately contained a mistake. On page 84, the dose for oral potassium citrate is incorrectly written as “0.1 mg/kg/day divided BID-QID for children, 30–60 mg per day divided BID-QID for adults”. The correct dosage is: 0.1 g/kg/day divided BID-QID for children, 3–6 g per day divided BID-QID for adults.
