Abstract

Since the publication of these Guidelines, the authors have noticed an error in the text on page 15. The incorrect statement is: A recent guideline has suggested minimal “therapeutic” target trough levels; infliximab ≥7.5 μg/ml, adalimumab ≥5 μg/ml, and certolizumab pegol ≥20 μg/ml (161). The corrected statement is as follows: A recent guideline has suggested minimal “therapeutic” target trough levels; infliximab ≥5 μg/ml, adalimumab ≥7.5 μg/ml, and certolizumab pegol ≥20 μg/ml (161).
