Abstract

The clinical indications for CMR studies to evaluate cardiac disease continue to expand. Currently, a comprehensive cardiac evaluation of anatomy, function, blood flow and tissue characterization is integral to the evaluation of CAD, cardiomyopathies, valvular disease, pericarditis/myocarditis and congenital heart anomalies.
