Abstract

This paper presents an analysis of the handover process. With the non-geostationary satellites used for the system, the handover scheme needs to be applied to allow calls to be completed without any interruption. An analysis model has been developed for the analysis of the handover process. At the same time, some applicable accesses have been developed to solve the problems in mobile satellite communication.
