Abstract

In this issue of Structure, Tesmer and coworkers report the structure of a small RNA aptamer in an inhibitory complex with a G protein receptor kinase. The aptamer adopts a charming structure that inserts an adenosine residue into the ATP binding pocket of the kinase.
