Abstract
Endovascular therapy is emerging as a minimally invasive therapy in the treatment of high-risk patients with abdominal aortic aneurysms. We report on an 81-year-old male who developed a large distal anastomotic pseudoaneurysm after undergoing surgical repair of an abdominal aortic aneurysm. The pseudoaneurysm was successfully treated by embolization utilizing a 15 mm Amplatzer® septal occluder device.
