The Zinner syndrome is a rare congenital abnormality comprising a triad of unilateral renal agenesis, ipsilateral ejaculatory duct obstruction, and seminal vesicle cyst. The present case had complicated clinical characteristics including severe and resistant hypertension. We described the diagnostic workup and the management of high blood pressure in this setting.
