Description
PROJECT NARRATIVE
The findings will provide timely evidence to bridge the gaps between clinical trials and everyday practice. The
new prediction models, once embedded in a decision aid, will bring personalized outcome estimates to shared
decision making to promote evidence-based and patient-centered care. Therefore, the proposed project has
great potentials to improve the care for millions of patients with AF at risk for stroke.
